• Do I need a referral?
  • No. In Alberta we have direct access.
  • We are still happy to accept physician referrals but they are not necessary.

• Is there a cost?
  • Yes. Payment is due upon receipt of service. We accept cash, debit, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and cheques.
  • Receipts are provided for you to submit all claims.

• Is there direct billing?
  • No, not at this time.
  • We will notify you if we are able to implement this in the future.

• Do you see WCB clients?​
  • Not at this time. We do not have a WCB contract but are happy to see you and provide you with receipts to claim.
  • We will notify you if we obtain a contract in the future.

• What are your COVID-19 safety guidelines?​
  • Berwyn Athletic and Physical Therapy Inc. follows the mandatory safety protocols set out by Physiotherapy Alberta: College and Association and the Chief Medical Officer of Health in Alberta.
